The service

mydayset lets you compose and personalize a wedding stationery collection online, then download the matching files. Personalization and previews are free and require no account.

The file pack, available after a one-time payment, contains for each piece and each size a full-size PDF file and a high-resolution JPG image, gathered in one ZIP archive. Nothing is shipped by post: the service covers digital content only.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros, including taxes, before the order is confirmed. The final amount, including taxes, is displayed on the checkout page before any payment.

Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. No full card details pass through or are stored by mydayset. The order is confirmed once the payment is accepted.

mydayset may change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one shown at the time of purchase.

Files and delivery

Once payment is confirmed, the collection becomes downloadable from the studio and from the order area. The same pack stays available at no extra cost: you can edit your details and download it again as often as you need.

Your configuration, email and the billing information needed for the order are stored so you can retrieve your collection, including from another device, via a link sent by email.

Right of withdrawal

Under consumer law, you generally have fourteen days to exercise your right of withdrawal. However, by confirming your order, you request immediate performance of the contract and immediate access to the digital files, and you acknowledge that you waive this right.

As the files are personalized from the details you enter, they cannot be refunded once made available. If a file is faulty or not as described, write to us: we will fix it or issue a refund.

Licence and intellectual property

The templates, visuals, typefaces, the website and its code remain the exclusive property of mydayset or its rights holders. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the downloaded files for your wedding or a personal event.

Any resale, redistribution, public availability, commercial use or inclusion in a competing product is prohibited. The details you enter remain yours.

Your creations and your data

Your draft is stored in your browser. The data needed for the order is processed in line with our privacy policy, available from the footer (“Your data”).

You can clear your local draft at any time. Order data is kept for as long as needed to manage the order and meet our legal obligations.

Acceptable use

You agree not to infringe third-party rights, in particular by not using names, trademarks or content you do not hold the rights to, and not to divert the service for unlawful, fraudulent or otherwise prohibited purposes.

You alone are responsible for the details you enter and the files you produce.

Availability and liability

mydayset makes every effort to keep the service available, without guaranteeing that it will never be interrupted. Access to the studio and files may be suspended for maintenance or if a provider fails.

To the extent permitted by law, mydayset shall not be liable for indirect damage. Nothing in these terms excludes the legal guarantees you enjoy as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

mydayset may update these terms, in particular to reflect changes to the service or to the regulations. The terms applicable to an order are those in force at the time of purchase.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If any difficulty arises, please contact us first so we can look for an amicable solution.

Failing agreement, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
